As the manager of a busy apartment complex, I have had my share of challenges regarding the concrete and asphalt on the property. We chose to do a “stamped” concrete surface, creating a natural stone look to the tired old concrete that has been there since the pools were installed. In addition, the commercial paving contractor was able to offer built -in flower bed accents for a corner or two of each pool area and keep the work within the target budget I had given him. Of course, not all commercial paving contractors can provide more than expected or stay within budget so I felt very lucky to have found a contractor that took my needs into play, didn’t try to upsell me and left me with two pool decks that were modern, updated and eye-catching to all.
